All types indicated in our catalog can work in contact with mineral
oils, air and non-aggressive fluids. Please consult our technical office
for other applications. There are available solutions to employ with
oxygen, aggressive fluids or separation of fluids.
Choice of Models:
Choices are made after evaluation of the parameters of utilization, with
particular consideration given to: -expected precision
-switching frequency
-electrical protection
-electrical load on contacts
Note: the difference between electronic micro-switches which can be
rated for greater cycle life up to ten million, and the micro-switches of
the electro-mechanical type which are rated for a mechanical life, without
electrical load of one million cycles. On the practical side, the number
of cycles is inversely proportional to the electrical charge applied and
to the speed of insertion to which the micro-switch is subjected.
Selections based upon the Range of Work:
Excellent when the point of intervention finds itself at the center of
the range of regulation.
Installation:
It is advisable to avoid installation near sources of heat, strong
vibrations, aggressive atmosphere and wide changes of temperature.
Quality Check:
Before sale each of our instruments is tested independently in our firm
under dynamic conditions of utilization. Each product is supplied with an
enclosed certificate signed by the operator verifying the completion of
all necessary testing. The stamped numbers on each instrument, identify
the month, and year of delivery and the operator that it has executed the
testing.
