FOX - "K9" SERIES ADJUSTABLE PISTON PRESSURE SWITCH



K9 adjustable pressure switches activate a micro-switch once a preset pressure value is reached.

The pressure is set by rotating the external nut clockwise to increase and counter-clockwise to decrease the value. Mechanical stops protect both the spring and the micro-switch from over pressurization.

Technical Features:
Nut in anodized aluminum.

Body in plated carbon steel with threaded system connection of

1/4" BSP male.

Installation Position: it can be mounted in any position.

Working temperature: from -20°C to +80°C

Switching frequency: 120 cycles/min.

Switching accuracy: within 1% of set pressure

Fixed hysteresis value:

About 10% of set value

Weight: 0.3 Kg.

Electrical connection according to DIN43650

Electrical protection according to

DIN 40050: IP65

Maximum contact load:

Alternating current up to 250 Volts- 5 Amp

Direct current up to 250 Volts – 0.25 Amp

 

Also Available:

-EL9 series with sizing and pressure adjustment identical to the K9 but with direct currents between 12 and 24 Volts. Permits unlimited lifetime of the electrical contacts.

-Gold plated contacts instead of the silver-plated currently used.

-Electrical connection with warning light labeled "ON".

-Fluid port connection made in 316 stainless steel

-Viton seals

-PTFE seals

-Hall effect type micro-switch.
